Michael Rosal charged with repeated sexual assault of woman

A 28-year-old man is behind bars charged with physically and sexually assaulting a woman for several months.

According to court documents, the 24-year-old victim has been hiding in fear for the last three weeks. She described to police several incidents in which Michael Gregory Rosal allegedly beat her forced her to have sex with him to keep him from beating her.

In one incident, Rosal allegedly strangled the woman and she kicked and bit him. He allegedly uprooted two of her teeth. Court documents note she was missing two bottom teeth.

The victim believed Rosal was capable of committing murder.

He is currently on parole for an aggravated assault and sentenced to seven years behind bars in that case.
