A U.S. Postal Service staffer is busted with stealing mail.

According to his plea agreement, George Steven Anthony Dominguez worked as a City Carrier Assistant 1 when he stole a KIK Messenger Contact Card from a parcel intended for a woman living on Naval Base Guam.

Back in March, he reportedly used his cellphone to send the woman messages, including a picture of his penis.

Court filings state he confessed to stealing the card and sending the woman his picture because he "thought she was pretty."

Dominguez faces up to five years in jail.

His next court hearing is set for Sept. 21.
