Multiple reports of violence caught on camera. The incidents are keeping local police busy as they juggle responding to calls and post-typhoon recovery efforts. No link to the incidents at this point. Now, one of those alarming videos is captured by an officer with the Navy's Security Forces. The situation leading to at least two people in one of the fights being placed under arrest.

A violent night at the Agana Shopping Center Parking lot, as similar images circulating overnight; one at Amantes Street in Dededo. Guam police are now investigating.

Police confirming a law enforcement officer with the Navy's Security Forces caught the group in the act. The images showing at least four people at the front of the Dededo home, a couple of them holding what appears to be baseball bats, another with a machete.

The suspects are seen hitting one of the victim's pickup truck, another throws a glass bottle toward the house before they take off down the street. That's when the officer filming was caught in the crossfire.

One of the suspects yells, "Are you [EXPLETIVE] filming me?" with the cop yelling back, "I'm a police officer!"

The suspect steps off after hearing that. "You want to hit me? I'm a police officer, don't worry. Get the [EXPLETIVE] out of here. Don't worry about it. Don't say sorry. Don't say sorry."

Noah, one of victims, said, "We've been through it with those guys three days in a row. They started trouble two days before this happened and so we thought it stopped and I guess it didn't then finally they hit us hard."

Noah was at his home Wednesday morning, as he said, "They got my family involved...that hurt us emotionally."

His family still shaken, including his 82-year-old grandmother who had to go to the hospital following the riot. "My grandma was standing right here. They threw it (the vodka bottle) and almost hit her. They threw rocks, bashed my truck. So it's hard," he shared.

The trouble, Noah says, stirred up over several days out of nowhere, as he explained, "They are always the troubled ones around here. You can ask anyone."

Authorities arrested 19-year-old Emanuel Reselop on charges of aggravated assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old boy is also charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, and taken to DYA.

Meantime, in response to the viral videos police say they are working with various non-government and non-profit organizations along with Guam DOE and their neighborhood watch programs to address the problem.
