He gave island residents a scare - the man believed to have called in Wednesday's shooting threat is now under arrest. 56-year-old John Anthony Campos Ogo was picked up by authorities last night for terrorist conduct, reckless conduct, terrorizing, false alarm, crimes against the community, and obstructing government operations.

Investigators were able to trace the 911 call to a Dededo home. That's where they executed a search warrant and found Ogo who was interviewed by police and allegedly admitted to making the call.

As we reported, the caller made the threat around 11 a.m. Wednesday, but hung up before giving specifics.

Ogo's rap sheet shows this isn't his first run-in with the law. In 2000 he was picked up for terrorizing, assault, and harassment.

Ogo is anticipated to make his first court appearance on Friday.
