Anti-skid asphalt laid down in Sinajana

Another ribbon-cutting ceremony in DPW's ongoing village pavement resurfacing program. New anti-skid asphalt was laid down on a hilly and slippery stretch of Pale Kieran Hickey Drive in Sinajana. 

Life-long village resident Connie Cruz, and several of her family members live along the route, telling KUAM News, "I'm very happy. I'm so overwhelmed by what the government is doing. It feels so good to see a nice paved road."

The $112,000 project was budgeted under local funds.  Hawaiian Rock products was the contractor.
