Taking money from the elderly. Or at least, that's the charge against 33-year-old Timothy Domingo.

Court documents state the 72-year-old victim noticed several unauthorized transactions from her savings account, many of which were $500 or more.

The transactions were traced back to Domingo who reportedly stated he'd pay her back, but never did for the full amount.

Domingo is charged with theft of property with a special allegation for a vulnerable victim.
