He was driving drunk, but his passenger wasn't having it. 26-year-old Jayson Moses was arrested and charged with family violence, child abuse, unlawful restraint, and driving under the influence of alcohol.

On Sunday, the victim reported trying to take the keys away from Moses, but he refused and allegedly straddled, punched, and strangled her.

He then allegedly sped off with the victim and a toddler girl in the backseat.

The victim was prompted to jump out of the car but was unable to grab the toddler girl.

Police, court documents state, located Moses later that night.
