Potential candidates interested in running for Public Auditor can now pick up a packet at the Guam Election Commission.

The GEC will hold a special election the same day as the primary to fill the seat public auditor Doris Flores Brooks is stepping down from. Brooks has since announced that she is making a congressional run.

Candidate packets for public auditor will be accepted on June 25th and 26th.

The GEC is scheduled to meet this Thursday, June 14th, to discuss how they will fund the special election. That meeting is at 5:30 pm at the GEC Conference room at the GCIC in Hagatna.
