A 41 year old year old man is under arrest accused of sexually molesting four children known to him. Jeffrey Guerrero Cruz is charged with 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state police responded to the walk-in complaint in Dededo on Tuesday.

The first victim, an 11 year old girl, alleged the suspect inappropriately touched her on multiple occasions late last year. The second victim, an 8 year old girl, alleged that in the early part of 2017, the suspect inappropriately touched her, then again just this week when he also forced the child to touch his genitals.

A 12 year old girl also accused the suspect of doing the same, while the fourth and youngest victim, a 7 year old boy, told police the suspect touched his private parts over his clothing while they were in the kitchen.
