Rodney Benavente arrested for drugs after cops visit Yona home

Multiple glass pipes, a syringe, and white powdery substance - all items police say they found while responding to a complaint in Yona before officers found drugs.

Rodney Quidachay Benavente is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

During a search inside the home, authorities found multiple plastic straws, a medicine bottle with marijuana, and pills that included Codeine. A field test conducted confirmed the substance, which also included the drug, ICE.
