Anthony Pocaigue, 19, accused of molesting young girl

A man is placed under arrest accused of sexually molesting a girl known to him. 19 year old Anthony John San Nicolas Pocaigue is charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct.

The 17 year old victim told police she awoke to the suspect rubbing her leg before digitally penetrating her genital area.

Court documents state the victim - in shock - got up and started crying before telling others in the house about the alleged incident.

The suspect told police he apologized to the victim but was taken into custody.
