Police spotted a man with his car parked into the middle of the street when they found drugs. David Alex Holbrook is charged with illegal possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

During the stop, the officer noticed the suspect displaying signs that he may be under the influence.

A search uncovered a couple of glass pipes, and five small baggies with meth.
