Meth found on Amson Mwarecheong

He is accused of failing to yield or stop while approaching an intersection when he was caught with drugs. Amson Mwarecheong is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license.

During the traffic stop, the officer found a make shift glass pipe with meth residue, along with a small baggie containing the drug, ICE.

The suspect admitted to police that he bought the items for $10.
