Man accused of rape is known sex offender for abusing children

More information has been released about the man charged with attempting to rape a woman over the weekend. Kevin John Certeza Roberts is already listed as a Level 1 Sex Offender. The victims in his prior case only 9 and 12 years old.

As reported, Roberts was picked up over the weekend after he and the victim went out of drinks.

When the woman fell asleep in the car, she reportedly woke up to Roberts between her legs.
