Man and woman arrested for Micronesia Mall strong-armed robbery

A man and woman wanted in connection to a December 23rd strong armed robbery at the Micronesia Mall have been placed under arrest. The pair were taken to GPD’s Agana precinct for processing. Kelly Hutch Apenis, 18, is charged with  3rd degree robbery, theft of property and conspiracy. Kaylina Nicole Manglona, 19,  is charged hindering apprehension and conspiracy to commit robbery.

    The widow of the man who died after a bar fight takes the stand in day three of trial for Antonio Arriola.
