Roxanne Hocog back behind bars

She was released after she pleaded guilty for her part in the major scheme to smuggle contraband into the prison. Now, Roxanne Hocog is back behind bars after failing a drug test, twice.

Hocog appeared in the Superior Court on Wednesday for a violation hearing. Last month, she pleaded guilty to delivery of a scheduled II controlled substance and conspiracy to give bribes. She also pleaded guilty to delivery of a scheduled II controlled substance and drug possession in a second case after being caught selling while on house arrest. The court ordered that she stay in prison until December 20th.

    It was a family feud that started over hot dogs. Court documents state Sam Roger Kosam was seen on gas station surveillance footage eating hot dogs he didn't pay for. When gas station staff called the house, he was confronted by a family member. That's when he allegedly lashed out, throwing items and using a chair to throw to two people in the home. Kosam was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and family violence.More >>

    A disturbance at a local gentlemen's club in Tumon lands two people in jail. 26 year old Jimmy Hadley and 22 year old Jake Hadley are charged with assault of a peace officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Court documents state the club's bouncers were told to remove the pair from the premises.
