21 DOE teachers granted funding for gear

Christmas came early for 21 DOE teachers chosen to receive up to $500 for classroom supplies.

It's called the Wish List Fund grant program, a project funded by the Foundation for Public Education, Inc., an independent, private non-profit that supports public education in Guam.

Grants are awarded twice a year.

Up to 40 teachers are awarded annually.
