Another traffic pullover uncovers drugs

<p>It was a traffic pullover turned drug bust. 30-year-old Dwayne Edward Fejeran Mateo was operating a motorcycle without plates when police tried to pull him over. Instead, he sped up and weaved through traffic before coming to a stop where he reportedly denied any knowledge of an ice pipe which police discovered at an earlier scene.&nbsp;</p>
