Federal Receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. recently reported to the District Court of Guam that all systems for both the Layon Landfill and the Ordot Dump are working as designed and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulation. After consultation with USEPA and Guam EPA, the receiver will begin drilling in the area to determine if any additional steps are needed to address this issue.
