Guam's Billy Navarette competing on American Ninja Warrior

Guam's original American Ninja Warrior competes tonight on American Ninja Warrior on KUAM TV 8 at 7pm. Billy Navarette made his Ninja Warrior debut back in 2013 and has since made it his dream to grace the local broadcast airwaves on the world's most famous obstacle course event.

Navarette also auditioned last year for ANW. He will face new obstacles in the Bouncing Spider, Rail Runner and the Ninjago Roll.

    Electrical fire forced plane's emergency landing

    An electrical fire is to blame for the emergency landing of the plane late Monday afternoon. Airport spokeswoman Rolenda Faasuamalie says the Cessna 172 operated by Sky Guam aviation was removed around 8:00 am today. The pilot and two passengers managed to walk away from the plane, which landed in a grassy area short of the runway. The FAA and NTSB are following up. Sky Guam operates sightseeing tours.
