Former mayor of Hagatna Felix Ungacta dies at 78

Former Hagatna mayor Felix Ungacta has passed away. Governor Eddie Calvo and Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio says Guam lost a great public service and have ordered flags be flown at half staff in honor of the life and achievements of one of Guam's longest serving mayors.

Ungacta was first elected in 1980 and served until 2005. He and his wife Evelyn had four children. Ungacta was 78.
