Status report details compliance with Ordot consent decree

The federal receiver presented a status report to the US District Court of Guam today on compliance with the Ordot consent decree. Gershman, Brickner & Bratton states it has reached a significant construction milestone in  completing the environmental closure construction of the Ordot Dump, transforming the uncontrolled dump into a controlled and environmentally safe facility. 

GBB adds it continues to oversee operations at the at the Layon Landfill, operate solid waste and recycling programs and services for the Guam Solid Waste Authority's customers.

The next status hearing has tentatively been set for November 16.
