Jesse Blas born on Guam raised in Yona. he is the youngest son of Ramon M. and Antonia M. Blas with four brothers and three sisters

Growing up in Yona as an active member of sports and social activities.

served as the Administrative Assistant for the previous and current Mayor of Yona. Currently a Volunteer worker for the Yona Mayor's office.

over 20 yrs of Law Enforcement experience and training. A former Deputy Marshal Captain (Superior Court of Guam) and Police officer II with the Guam Police Department.

over 8 years of public service experience in administrative and field operations.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of all village projects.

facilitated the funding source to repair the Tremble baseball field (on going). facilitated the lighting project and field repairs for the village Baseball field. coordinated all repairs to the Tagachang Beach Park. oversee all ground maintenance work and proud to report that is cleanest and greenest village. Established relationships with GPA/GWA/DPW In support of all repair work to village primary and secondary roads, streetlights and water breakage and to maintain consistency.     A fifth gubernatorial candidate has now officially submitted his papers to the Guam Election Commission.  As has been long expected, Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio will be vying for the top seat at Adelup. His running mate is former Senator Tony Ada. So far, Tenorio is the lone Republican Gubernatorial hopeful.     Guam's crime rate is going down - at least this is the trend, according to the Guam Police Department's 2016 Uniform Crime Report which covers years 2012 through 2016. GPD Chief of Police JI Cruz says that although they don't have the ideal number of personnel, they've transitioned from traditional to community policing which has had a positive impact on numbers.
