Married to Carrie B. Duenas, two sons Dwayne and Scott II.  Born and a long time resident of Dededo.  I attended Santa Barbara Catholic Grade School, Tumon/George Washington High School Class of 1964 Member National Honor Society Senior Year, U. S. Navy Apprentice Program Class of 1967 Valedictorian, University of Guam AS Degree in Electronic Technology 1972, President's List Spring Semesters 1992 and 1993. Retired from the U. S. Navy as a Master Chief Electronic Technician.  Worked as Safety Officer/Supervisor with GPA, as Safety Administrator with GIAA, as Dededo Mayor 2001 - 2005 and as a Mail Clerk/Lead Mail Handler.  Guam Diabetes Association Member 2007 to present, President 2014 to 2016.  Member Fleet Reserve and VFW.
