I'm a 36 years retiree from the Govt of Guam, 19 years in the Military, A War Veteran of Desert Shield/Storm. A infrantry and a Military Police. I've been conducting Investigations for over 20 years. I own a private business: Susie Estates, C4 Investigation, Repo and collection businesses. I graduate from the Army Infrantry Academy, Military Police Academy, ATF National Academy, Guam Fire Dept Academy, National Fire Academy, Private Investigations Academy, I'm a Gunsmith Certified, ProBoard Fire Inspector Certified, a Post Blast Investigator, and many more to mention. My family are from Yigo and Inarajan the Cabesa family. I'm married with 6 kids and 20 grands. My goals as being a Mayor is working hard to take care of our Schools, the illegal dumping, graffiti, crimes, our infrastructures, bus stop, speed bumps, more police presence, streetlights, to response to all calls and compliants in our village, have a open door policy, have our staff and myself to show more respect and manner in dealing with matters. I will work hard for the people of Yigo. I will also have a Public Auditor aduit our office from present to past to show our community that our spending is only use for our people of Yigo. I will show the people of Yigo to have a clean campaign and with trust, integrity, honor and respect .

    A fifth gubernatorial candidate has now officially submitted his papers to the Guam Election Commission.  As has been long expected, Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio will be vying for the top seat at Adelup.     Guam's crime rate is going down - at least this is the trend, according to the Guam Police Department's 2016 Uniform Crime Report which covers years 2012 through 2016.
