2-Term Incumbent Senator seeking a 3rd Term. Staunch advocate for sound financial management, repealing unaffordable raises for elected and appointed officials, getting the island to a point of paying tax refunds and vendors within 30 days of a clean filing or a clean invoice, ensuring that Education, Health, and Public Safety receive the funding they are committed, and advocating for greater investment and less debt in the way we allocate resources.

Previously an Assistant Vice President and Financial Adviser with the Bank of Guam in its BG Wealth Management Division / Money Concepts. Licensed FINRA Series 7/66, Licensed General Life and Health, Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.

    Guam's crime rate is going down - at least this is the trend, according to the Guam Police Department's 2016 Uniform Crime Report which covers years 2012 through 2016.
