Senators hit the voting file this afternoon and passed the following measures:

Resolution No. 111-33 (COR) - F.B. Aguon, Jr. / T.C. Ada / T.A. Morrison: Relative to requesting Guam's Delegate to the Congress of the United States to call for an investigation from the Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General to substantiate allegations into access barriers adversely affecting the quality of primary and specialty care,  and mismanagement at the Veterans Affairs Guam Community Based Outpatient Clinic and the Guam Vet Center.
(VOTE:  15 YES/  Unanimous)

Bill No. 102-33 (COR) - B.J.F. Cruz: An act to amend§§ 5201 and 5202of article 2, chapter 5, title 22, and to amend subsection (a) of § 4101, article 1, chapter 4, title 4, both of guam code annotated; relative to discrimination in the workplace and to citing this act as the Guam Employment Nondiscrimination Act (GENDA) of 2015.

Bill No. 104-33 (LS) -F.F. Blas, Jr. / J.V. Espaldon: An act to repeal 19 GCA Chapter 22; to repeal 5 GCA §3120 and add a new article 3 to 22 GCA division 1 chapter 1 Department of Labor.

Bill No. 105-33 (LS) -T.A. Morrison / T.R. Muna Barnes / V.A. Ada / D.G. Rodriguez, Jr. / R.J. Respicio: An act to amend § 5204(d) of Article 2, Chapter 5, Title 1, Guam Code Annotated, relative to supporting the development of safe and healthy youth and community activities through a dedicated funding source.

Bill No. 116-33 (COR) - D.G. Rodriguez, Jr.: An act to authorize the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center to fully implement its fee schedule and the provisions of 8611(f) (h) of Chapter 86, Title 10, Guam Code Annotated, relative to the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services fund, by amending Section 6 of Public Law 31-239.

Bill No. 119-33 (COR) - N.B. Underwood, Ph.D.: An act to  amend §§ 3207(h) and (i) of Chapter 3, Article 2, Title 10 Guam Code Annotated, §3102, §3105, §3108, §3109, §3202(a)(7), §3204, and §3206 of Chapter 3, Title 19 Guam Code Annotated, relative to providing equal protection for all families in Guam by creating equality in civil marriage.
