Students compete in Math Kangaroo event

The Guam Community College celebrated everything math this morning with Math Kangaroo, an international competition that aims to blend both fun and learning. Roughly 300 students in grades 1st through 12th participated in the competition, which was followed by GCC's Math Fair.

The fair included several booths with games that allowed students to apply the math skills they've learned through fun activities.

    An man was transported to Naval Hospital after being involved in an auto-pedestrian incident near Pigo Cemetery earlier today. According to Guam Fire Department spokesperson Kevin Reilly, GFD units responded to the incident and CPR was conducted at the scene as well as enroute to NRMC. Northbound lanes are currently closed as GPD conducts its investigation.
