GWA appoints interim GM

Guam - There is a new Interim General Manager of the Guam Waterworks Authority. During the Consolidated Commission on Utilities meeting Tuesday evening, members appointed Mark Miller to the position. "Mr. Mark Miller, prior to this appointment, has served as Production and Treatment Assistant GM and has over 28 years of service at the Authority", said Chairman Duenas. "We have confidence in his ability to lead GWA as he is well aware of the many challenges GWA faces." Duenas added. "We thank Mr. Tom Cruz for his service as Interim General Manger these past 7 months as he returns to his fulltime position as Chief Engineer. Duenas went on to say. "I have full confidence in this transition as we continue the search for a permanent GM", he concluded.
