19-year-old DFS staffer caught stealing watches

Guam - A Duty Free employee is arrested and charged with retail theft.

19-year-old Cristian Cabral was reported in by a DFS prevention loss manager accused of stealing 8 watches and some watch accessories totaling $2,400 from the Tumon store last month.

When interviewed by police, Cabral admitted to stealing the watches because it was easy to do and posting them for sale on Facebook. He later changed his mind and decided to keep the items instead.
