Guam - Beginning tomorrow morning through Tuesday afternoon a Fire Weather Watch will be in effect for Guam. According to the National Weather Service this means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur.  Affected areas are primarily the mountains and grassy areas of southern and central Guam. The most dangerous times will be from the late morning hours till around sunset. The NWS warns that any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. This is especially true for north and east-facing slopes. Outdoor burning is not recommended as flying embers and ash may start spot fires downwind.
