Guam - A superior court grand jury has handed down an indictment against Dededo vice mayor Andrew "Peter Daigo" Benavente for two counts of terrorizing, reckless conduct, and harassment.

The vice mayor was arrested earlier this month for allegedly pointing a rifle at two people and threatening them while at his father's home. Court documents state the vice mayor was pointing the rifle at the victims yelling at them as they drove by "you better slow down or the next time i am going to shoot you."

Benavente's next court appearance is his arraignment set for March 4.
