Guam - This evening an informational hearing is being held at the Guam Memorial Hospital and according to Healthcare Committee chair Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. it will provide an opportunity for new senators and returning senators to hear the challenges being faced by the hospital.

He told KUAM News, "Really this informational hearing is one of the usual and regular updates that we would like to receive legislature from the hospital. It gives an opportunity to provide us an update the status of general operations, the new urgent care facility to see we have I think a month or two that has passed already I think a month so to give us an update on how that is operating."

The informational hearing will provide hospital management and employees an opportunity to create open dialogue with the senators.
