Guam - A Public Health nurse accused of criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Jesus Olivar allegedly took two boys home with him from a Dededo park and performed oral sex on one of the boys for twenty minutes before dropping them back to a Dededo church.
Olivar has worked at Public Health since April 2012 and was most recently stationed at the northern health center.
His next court appearance is March 3.
The Legislative Ethics Committee has dismissed the complaint against Senator Fernando Esteves, and says it considers the matter closed. Resident Barry Mead filed the complaint against Esteves for his role in a protest earlier this year against the live fire training range at Andersen Air Force Base's Northwest Field.More >>
