Man, 34, accused of molesting minor

Guam - 34-year-old John San Auustin Cruz Jr. has been arrested and charged for allegedly sexually molesting a minor over the last couple of years.

Court documents state the 10-year-old told a school official that she had been sexually assaulted since she was 7 or 8.

She alleges Cruz penetrated her and told her not to tell anyone.

Cruz was booked and confined.
