Man charged with kidnapping

Guam - 46-year-old Jesus Olivar was arrested and charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping. 

According to court documents, Olivar allegedly threatened to run over a group of boys if they didn't get into his car. 

Two boys, both 11-years-old, entered the car and were taken to the man's home. 

When questioned by police, Olivar admitted that he took the boys to his place where he performed oral sex on one of them before dropping them back to a Dededo church. 

He was booked and confined.
