Man charged with felony & misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct

Guam - The victim believed she was dreaming, until a second incident occurred.

According to court documents, Peter Andrew Ogo was arrested and charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct as a misdemeanor.

The female minor alleges Ogo touched her underneath her clothes two years ago and on another occasion fondled her breasts, claiming it was an accident.

Jerlin Ogo was also arrested and charged with child abuse for failing to report the incident.
