Jury deliberations for Agababa trial could start Friday

Guam - Jurors in the Allan Agababa trial are anticipated to head into deliberations on Friday.

Agababa is accused of murdering his mother, Shelly Bernstein, to collect over $850,000 in death benefits. Her death was ruled a result of blunt force trauma to the head. Agababa maintains he was out buying cigarettes the night of her murder.

Closing arguments are anticipated to get underway Friday morning.
