Guam - The Guam Election Commission is finalizing the list of registered voters for next week's general election. Executive director Maria Pangelinan says following Friday's registration deadline, the GEC is hovering around 51,900 registered voters. The list should be finalized by tomorrow ahead of the GEC's meeting on Thursday.
