Veterans Conference emphasizes benefits

Guam - This evening the Veteran's Conference is being held at the University of Guam if you are a veteran, widow of a veteran or a dependent head over to the Field House to learn what services are available.

Coordinator Martin Manglona said, "We are trying to do a road map for each veteran to go and know how to get their help on the pamphlets we have the offices the individual on each office and the telephone number that way if they have a specific question they can refer to their booklet and talked to that individual."

Tonight's conference will feature speakers to include representatives from the Guam Benefits Office, the Guam Veteran Affairs Office and the beneficiary counseling and assistance coordinator from Naval Base Guam. It ends at 8pm.
