Guam - A routine pullover for speeding turned out to be much more than police probably expected.  31-year- old Sergio Ramirez was busted on drug charges.  He was operating a motorcycle, when he was stopped by GPD. After consenting to a search of his backpack inside police found a glass ball pipe, a digital scale, several small plastic baggies and straws containing suspected methamphetamines, two small zip lock bags containing eight blue bills suspected to be Adderall, a candy container with seven rolled cigarette sticks of suspected marijuana and another plastic container containing additional suspected marijuana.  According to court documents he told police that he bought the weed in Tumon, and the ice at a gameroom. As for the pills he claims he found them at his job on the ground near a dumpster and had been trying to sell them. Ramirez also admitted to using ice for over two years.
