Guam - A Superior Court of Guam employee has been arrested on drug charges. Bradley Aflague faces charges of Illegal Possession of a Scheduled II controlled substance. KUAM has  learned that upon his arrest he was immediately terminated from the court. According to a Superior Court of Guam's staffing pattern Aflague is listed as a Data Entry Clerk. KUAM is waiting for comment from the court on his arrest and whether it is connected to the current investigation into missing drugs.

KUAM broke the story last month about a police investigation  that was launched after 13.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine's turned up missing. The drugs were used as evidence in a trial that took  place over the summer. Superior Court of Guam Policy Planning and Communications Director Joshua Tenorio told KUAM that one employee received disciplinary action for not following proper protocol. Additionally he said several employees underwent drug testing, but he could not release the results because the testing was still ongoing.

As for Aflague, we are still waiting for more specific information regarding his arrest, including where he was arrested and how much drugs were found in his possession.
