Vongfong Still Heading Toward Rota

Guam - According to the  National Weather Service 2:00AM bulletin Typhoon Vongfong is still on track to pass over or close to Rota early Monday morning.

The typhoon is located 40 miles E-SW of Rota and 70 miles E-NE of Guam. Maximum sustained winds are 105 miles per hour. #Vongfong is moving W-NW at 18 mph.

Guam remains in COR1. Island residents are urged to remain indoors until the all clear is given.
