Guam - The Guahan Academy Charter School has undergone administrative changes. According to board of trustees chairman Roger Cooper as of September 30th a unanimous board decision has relieved GACS CEO/principal Donna Dwiggins from her school duties based on business practices. He added that this decision was in the best interest of the school. The board of trustees is preparing a comprehensive report conducting internal inquiry and inspection of all business operations and documents. Cooper says once done they will publish the full report. According to Cooper at this time the acting principal is now Arlene Sayco who will remain in this capacity until the board of trustees concludes their report and decides whether or not they will seek a new CEO/principal.
