Guam - 22-year-old Brandon Flaherty pleaded not guilty to the vehicular homicide of Turley Thomas.

It was back in July Thomas was hit near the Dededo Flea Market.

After finding out about the incident, it was Flaherty's mother who brought her son into GPD.

During his arraignment today, the court noted Flaherty will remain released under existing conditions. He waived his right to speedy trial.

His next court appearance is slated for October 21st before Judge Vern Perez.
