Chad DeSoto will be sentenced Thursday

Guam - He was convicted of all charges of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder and come tomorrow, Chad DeSoto will be sentenced for the tragedy in Tumon that occurred in February 2013.

DeSoto drove his car down a crowded Tumon sidewalk, crashed into the ABC Store and stabbed people at random resulting in the death of three Japanese tourists and injuries to eleven others.

DeSoto faces at maximum fourteen life sentences.

Also slated to be addressed in court tomorrow are contempt of court charges against DeSoto's cousin, Michelle Fatovic and DeSoto's girlfriend, Reanne Acasio.

PayTel records from the prison show DeSoto spoke with the two over the phone over the course of the trial despite being ordered by the judge not to.
