Guam - A man accused of murdering his wife in Guam almost thirty years ago pleads not guilty to the charges.

It was back in April Gary Scaggs was picked up by U.S. Marshals at his Indianapolis apartments after he was indicted by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury for the murder of his wife, Tracey.

At the time, Scaggs was an airman stationed at Andersen Airforce Base.

Although the case turned cold, new information was uncovered reviving the case.

His next court appearance is slated for September 16.
