Man, 41, accused of raping teen

Guam - 41-year- old Joseph A.B. Chargualaf is accused of raping a 16 year-old girl. According to court documents the teenager was asleep when Chargualaf entered her room woke her up and asked her if she wanted to have sex. The girl repeatedly told him no. Chargualaf is accused of pulling off her shorts and underwear, climbing on top of her and raping her. Court documents state the teenager tried to get away but he was too heavy. She also tried to scream for help but Chargalauf is accused of covering her mouth. When he was finished he is accused of telling the girl if she told anyone about what happened he would kill her.
