Guam - The Guam Election Commission reminds voters who need homebound assistance that they have until noon on Election Day to file a request. Homebound voters are those who cannot leave their homes for medical or health reasons.

Executive director Maria Pangelinan explained, saying, "The reason being that if we continue to take calls, we may not be able to service everybody, so we're pleading to the public if you know of any voters that are homebound please call the Guam Election Commission at 477-9791 and let us know about the homebound voter."

Pangelinan says the GEC has surpassed the 2012 Primary Election numbers for homebound voters with over 200 already completed.
