Guam - Coast Guard Sector Guam is still waiting for weather conditions to improve before it can complete its investigation into that 49-foot Japanese fishing vessel ran aground near Coco's Island during last week's storm.   According to Coast Guard Guam spokesperson Lieutenant William White a high-surf advisory is still in effect for Guam and remains in effect until Wednesday. As we reported the six occupants on board the boat were forced to swim to Coco's Island in search of shelter from Tropical Strom Halong.  Once the weather is safe an assessment of the boat will also be conducted.
